Ever since I was a child, I haven’t seen a lot of action in the military world as much as I have seen in the last few years. And now we are seeing a big war in Middle East.
As a child I always thought of wars and battles as a thing of past and something that is to be studied as history and not to be bothered about in the current time. But I think that is not a right way to look at things now. Year by year there are more conflicts in the world.
I am not much bothered by it as it has nothing to do with my country but I am sure we will face consequences of it. The world is not an isolated place and hence the heat will reach us.
Ukraine-Russia, Israel-Gaza, India-Pakistan and now Israel+America-Iran. The world is walking towards a not so peaceful direction every day. The times are exciting, but only as long as I am not drafted for it. The war is desirable only when you are in the comfort of your home.
I am a regular follower of OSINT since the Ukraine-Russia conflict and it is quite interesting of an activity to do, to see the escalations, to keep a check on the developments of the battlefield. But my heart sinks when the visuals of half-blown bodies come in, of young soldiers lying on ground. This is not funny, this is not exciting.
But as much as I condemn war, I believe that anti-human powers like Pakistan and Hamas should be butchered. I am not sure if Iran is one of them or not. I care less about the rights and freedoms of their citizens. That is not for me to worry about, but if Iran can be a threat to India or humanity in future. It should be butchered as well.
I kind of side with Israel and USA in this conflict, I just like the way they move. Israel is a real fascinating power. I am not aware about their religion or their values. But they are fighting for their existence. And that is commendable. USA is literally a bully. And they have earned that, with extreme intelligence. I do not dislike them, I do not want them to degrade. I rather want my country to upgrade and be a competition to them in terms of hard power.
Arnab Goswami has said that this seems like the beginning of World War 3. But I refuse to believe that the world will go into a War for Israel. If Iran bombs mainland USA or some European country, that might be an possibility, but as of today, I am not agreeing with him.
And a special mention to all the memers out there, even if this war doesn’t kill me. I will die out of laughter. The memes out there are hilarious. Helps to ease the situation.
